Our stay at the Westin Galleria Dallas was a mixed experience. The hotel offers easy access to the highway for downtown visits, but the cleanliness of the rooms fell short of expectations. Despite this, our children had a great time at the hotel.

The rooms were convenient for shopping and accessing the highway but lacked the cleanliness I anticipated for such a nice place. However, our children had a good time at the Westin Galleria Dallas.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated being informed about the credit back to my debit card. The room change made my stay much better and catered to longer stays.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, connected to the Galleria mall and providing easy access to the highways. It's one of my favorite spots in Dallas.

The hotel breakfast was included, which is unusual for a place of this standard. The fresh orange juice was a nice touch, but improvements can still be made in the dining experience.

My stay at the Westin Galleria Dallas was fantastic! The room with the fitness/workout room was wonderful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The early check-in option was a real plus, but the service could have been friendlier. The hotel's location connected to the Galleria mall was amazing, providing easy access to shopping and dining. The dining experience was terrific, although the breakfast options were limited. Overall, a great stay with a few minor areas for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were a bit small but very nicely decorated, providing a classy ambiance with a beautiful view of the city. Despite the size, the room was very comfortable, and both the bed and shower were amazing. The service stole the show with unparalleled attentiveness and friendliness, truly setting a high standard. The location was excellent, attached to the Galleria and offering easy access to major roads, making it very convenient. The dining, although somewhat unusual, was terrific and added to the experience.
